Let's get this sorted out so you can recover the missing transaction from the previous tax year, teslainvestments.

What we can do is try to refresh the bank to restore the connection and update the transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Bank accounts.
  2. Click the Refresh all button.

If transactions are still missing, you'll want to do some troubleshooting steps on your browser. Try opening your company in a private browser or incognito. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
  • Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)

Then, go to Transactions on the left panel. If you're able to see the missing transactions, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache on a daily basis is important to avoid any browser-related issues. Make sure to restart your browser after.

Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks. Otherwise, contact our Customer Care Team to investigate what's causing this behavior.

I want to ensure your issue gets prioritized and addressed on time. Hence, I'll be providing this resource for the support hours. It contains the time on when the support is available, depending on your type of subscription. Just go to the QuickBooks section of this article for more info: Contact QBSE support.

On the other hand, you have the option to manually add the transactions by following the steps in this article: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed
