I cannot run payroll for my employees even though I have an active Payroll Enhanced account. When I called QB they're telling me I need to renew my Data Services for $800! Yikes! We're a small business with 10 total employees. I'm not sure what to do. They cannot explain to me why I need to pay this $800 and what it'll do for me? Why is this Data Services separate from the $400 I already paid for Payroll Enhanced? Help! Can anyone explain to me what this is for?

I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team, as they have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. The option to call is available during their office hours: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM PT Monday-Friday.

  1. Open QuickBooks Company File.
  2. Click the Help menu and choose QuickBooks Desktop Help (F1).
  3. Select Contact us.
  4. Type your concern, and click Search.
