Is anyone else having a problem with Payroll Direct Deposits?

We have multiple companies and today is payday...none of our employees have received their deposits and Intuit is unavailable by phone or chat. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Yes we have the same issue! I cant believe QB closed down the chat and calls. Hopefully this will be fixed ASAP employees need their $.

      Now my payroll shows that is has run but I have to print checks. This is crazy...my employees aren’t even local.
