I am having an issue with my QB saying that my payroll subscription is inactive but it was renewed the beginning of April. How do I correct this issue?

Thanks for posting to the Community, @manns.

To correct this, first, you can check your CAMPs (Customer Account Maintenance Portal) to verify your payroll subscription. Then if verified, make sure to download the latest tax table update before sending your payroll data.

Here's how to update the tax table:

  1. Go to the Employees menu
  2. Select Get Payroll Updates.
  3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  4. Select Download Latest Update. A window appears when the download is complete.

Once done, follow the steps through this article in sending payroll data: Send payroll and direct deposit paychecks in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. It covers tips before sending payroll data.

Also, I've added an article as your reference on how to find your subscription and license using CAMPS: Manage your QuickBooks Desktop Subscriptions and services.
