You can use your QuickBooks Online account to connect them. Please refer to our support hours to know our availability so you can contact them at a time convenient to you.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the field and hit Let’s talk.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.

I am starting on own bookkeeping company soon and have signed up for the free Quickbooks Accountants to use for my business for when I get clients.   Do I need to sign up and pay for QuickBook Payments or is it included in the free Quickbooks Accountants?

The good thing about this is you can invite new clients who have not registered for QuickBooks yet and enjoy discounts. Please check out the detailed steps in this article: Add a new client in QuickBooks Online Accountant. See more details about Wholesale Billing.

 

With regards to QuickBooks Payments, it's a separate subscription, so you will have to sign up for it. Then, you can link it to your QBOA account after.
