Allow me to share information and steps to help manage your subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Gaf.
Please know that the feature to pause a subscription in QBO is unavailable. Instead, you have the option to cancel your account and then you can resubscribe in the next 2 months.
Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online.
Follow the on-screen steps.
Keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription, you can still have read-only access to your data for one year after cancellation and you won't be able to make any changes.
Once you're back and ready to use QuickBooks again, you'll be charged for the current subscription rate, and you won't be charged for the unsubscribed months.
