My books are a mess and I want to start fresh. I downloaded my list of accounts, vendor list, customer list, and product and service list so I can import those into my new account. Is there anything else I will need to download before I delete my old account? Sales tax/payroll tax filings?Thanks!

How to change the % of markup for items?

I would like to change the % of markup from what I used when setting up my business.  I can't find anywhere that instructs me on how to change that % of markup on all my inventory items?  I would like to keep my cost and change the % of markup that will do all of them at once keeping the cost and recalculating the sales price on all of my numerous inventory items.  I'm using QuickBooks Pro 2020.  Can anyone help with that?

Hi, QB always slow nowadays. Using google chrome and clear cache also same. Wondering QB have issue with its server? We are using QB Online Plus

We are on Mac and Windows, using google chrome as suggested by the Quickbook support however that not help. Our team at office stuck waiting for the browser to load. and they are overtime due this.
