As of 30 April 2023, Intuit has discontinued QuickBooks Online and related services in India, and support is no longer available for this region.

Regarding your inquiry about customizing purchase orders (POs), while full customization of POs isn’t possible in QuickBooks, you can personalize them by adding a custom message that will appear on the PO.

1. Click on the Settings ⚙ icon in your QuickBooks account.
