How can I reach support on Saturday & Sunday?

For QBO Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users seeking assistance, our dedicated support team is available Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Additionally, we offer support on Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time to address your needs.

The tech help has been down for 3 days now.

I NEED to contact customer support via a phone call .I cannot search many of my invoices.

Note that glitches occur if the account becomes outdated or corrupted, which can cause some transactions to be hidden or inaccessible.


You can also check your invoices in the Sales & Get Paid tab. Ensure to update the status and date filters to find all entries.

News of a price increase is never easy, but certain changes are necessary for Intuit to continue delivering innovative products and services. New products, reports, tools, features, and functionality drive how your efforts as a small business are supported. Periodic price increases ensure the ability to have access to unrivaled benefits that help your business grow.

 

To make sure you're receiving important info regarding your account I recommend verifying your contact details are up to date. You can check and/or change the contact info on file by:

 

  1. Going to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Account and settings.
  2. Select Company, then ✎ Edit the section you want to update.
    Note: If you can’t edit the Company name, Legal name, EIN, or you see Error -7000, edit your company info in your payments and payroll accounts first.
  3. Select Save, then Done.

I have a desktop account under [email address removed] .  At present, I'm assisting SRS Engineering Corp as the companies merger.  I need to sign into Quickbooks Online for  SRS Engineering.  When I enter my email under SRS "[email address removed] and I enter my phone number (which is the same as my phone for Avino & Associates, quickbook takes me to Avino's account and does not allow me to enter the SRS online account.  Can someone call me to walk me through?  My phone number is [removed].

QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses your Intuit account for authentication. If multiple companies share the same phone number, QBO default to the first company linked to your User ID. Let's ensure you access the correct account for SRS Engineering Corp.

 

In signing in to SRS Engineering Corp, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Enter the correct email address tied to SRS Engineering Corp.
  3. Authenticate your login.
  4. If you land in your default company, click the Gear icon.
  5. Under the Profile tab, select Switch company.
  6. Choose the SRS Engineering Corp from the list.

 

If SRS Engineering Corp is not listed, you will need an invitation from the company admin. You will have access once an admin adds you as a user to the account.

 

If you prefer to discuss this with our QuickBooks Live support team, here's how to reach them.

 

  1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QuickBooks Online.
