Since retrieving the validation code need some personal information, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can look into your account and provide you the validation code.

To reach them:

Open your QuickBooks Desktop.
Click the Help tab at the top menu bar (you can still do this without opening a company file).
Select QuickBooks Desktop Help, then click Contact Us.

Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
Select Contact Us.
Enter "Validation Code" in the description section, then select Let's talk. Then, choose a way to connect with them.
