Account charges typically cover subscription fees or service usage. You can check your billing history or use the lookup tool to identify the charge source.

To check your billing history in QuickBooks Online:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Settings ⚙️ in the upper-right corner, then choose Subscriptions and billing.
3. Review your active subscriptions.
4. Click View Payment history.
