cannot connect 3rd party apps

Glad to know you're using QuickBooks Online as your business partner, @bstraub. I'm here to share some information about connecting Square and Etsy into QuickBooks Online.

I understand the urgency of resolving this issue. I also recognize the importance of bank feeds in order to efficiently manage our bank transactions. With that, I'd like to let you know that we have an open investigation into this matter.

While we don't have a specific date for when the resolution will be available, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support. This way, you’ll be added to the list of users who are affected. Just make sure to check our support hours so you can contact us at a time convenient to you.

Here's how:

1. Go to Help (?).
2. Select either Assistant or Search.
3. Choose a way to contact with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
    

Please know that our engineering team is already working on a solution to the error you're experiencing. Also, updates will be sent to you via email regarding the progress of the investigation. In this case, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

At this time, you'll want to consider manually uploading your transactions to QuickBooks Online. That said, you'll need to format them into CSV files. Then, categorize and match them.

Once everything is good, you can click this link to reconcile your accounts in QuickBooks. This will allow us to make sure that our books are balanced.

Consider having a 3rd party app for the time being to reconcile transactions from your Square and Etsy accounts and avoid any duplications.
