Classes in QB Online

If you're referring to class tracking, there's a feature for it available in QuickBooks. To use it, first you'll need to turn it on.

Here's how:

1. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon and go to Account and settings.
2. Access the Advanced tab, then use your Categories section's Pencil (✏️) icon.
3. Tick the Track classes checkbox.
4. If necessary, turn on Warn me when a transaction isn't assigned a class. This option helps makes sure everything gets classified.
5. Under Assign classes, choose One to entire transaction or One to each row in transaction.
6. Select Save, then Done.

Next you'll need to set up your class list, then you can start tracking transactions by classes.

Do you mean the class tracking feature? The feature is only available on QBO Plus and Advanced.
