Can you make a custom report to fill out on QuickBooks Online for example an "Inspection Report" or a "Contract"?

Welcome to the Community space, @jeworsham. Creating forms and custom reports you can fill out in QuickBooks Online would make work more convenient. Let's tackle them individually while I provide ways to achieve them.

 

The feature to build custom reports is only available for QuickBooks Online Advanced. It will allow you to organize data according to your preferences. However, you can only use this for the pre-built reports in the program. 

 

Additionally, I'd like to know what data you need to display in a report. Our program offers a variety of those that you can customize. To know which ones are available for your version, scan through this article: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Making a contract form or template to fill out is also unavailable. As a workaround, we have QuickBooks Contract Management which offers a variety of features to help businesses manage their agreements and records. Likewise, you can also use a third-party app for the Inspection report. Please check out this page for the list of applications you can integrate with us: QuickBooks App.
