Hi everybody,

I experienced difficulties in sync with the spreadsheet sync function again today. It said:

An error has occurred while processing your request. If the problem persists, please contact support.

I wonder if it is the system error again or it just happened to me?

Appreciate your support

Best regards

Hai

I appreciate you notifying us of this issue, CoV in US. I know how important it is to bring data back and forth between QuickBooks Online Advanced and your spreadsheet through the Spreadsheet Sync feature. Let me provide some steps to keep track of your data accordingly.

There are no ongoing investigations related to this message with the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced US version. For now, you should be able to pull up your data seamlessly. Since an error occurs, you might want to utilize the feature or upload your data through a private window to isolate the issue. The procedure can assist in removing any cache-related issues that may have caused the problems. You can save time by using either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press CtrlShift N
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CtrlShift P

From there, sign in to  Spreadsheet Sync from the Gear icon, then bring your company data into a spreadsheet or sync to QuickBooks. If it works fine, return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system.

If you're getting the same experience, try using another compatible browser to narrow down the result. Additionally, you may also contact support to investigate this further.

I'm adding this article for more tips while securely sending data back and forth between QuickBooks Online Advanced and your spreadsheet for up-to-date data and custom insights from these links:

Additionally, you can also create and edit reports in Spreadsheet Sync.
