Thanks for reaching out about payment processing. QuickBooks Payments is a great tool able to allow your customers to pay for your services directly from the invoice. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with payments.
If you're getting a field asking for a Zip code instead of a postal code, One possible reason would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, device or network and cause errors like the one you're seeing. You can resolve errors caused by browsing data by following these steps:
Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
If the error persists after trying all these steps provided above, then I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Payments support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to assist you in making sure all is set up properly, including the postal code, to process payments. You can reach them using these options:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Social Media: Facebook and X / Twitter
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
