I have the exact same issue. I have used the downloadable example as a template I have mapped ALL my fields correctly and it still isn't working.
Previously I have been able to import data with no issues whatsoever. Also I have tried using previous files that DID import previously correctly.
If I choose GST I am unable to click the NEXT button. If I choose Out of Scope I can proceed but then the import fails.
I have copied and pasted ALL THE DATA to a brand new excel file saved as an xls for myself and csv for QBs. I can not get past the NEXT button.
I was told this was being worked on and others had reported it but there is nothing on the outages page for Australia which I find really frustrating.
Along with the canned answer reponse which is the same information that is available on your website. I was also told I would be given updates via email on this issue and all I have received is an email about upcoming changes in July.
