I am retiring and closing my business I want to retain my information stored on this app for tax purposes how do I do this.

With the demise of Intuit’s Square connector, I’m interested in what people are using instead?This is a big loss for us as we only want a tool to import Square transactions. We’re a charity and don’t need any other integrations. We only have a credit card reader because our members often don’t carry cash for small purchases. All the commercial integrations options do lots of stuff, and have a price tag to match. Intuit support suggested Snyder as their recommended option and it costs more per month than the whole of QBO.    

Cannot logon to quickbooks Community unless I use an inPrivate or Incognito browser sessionI get the same problem on Edge or ChromeIs anyone else having the same problem ?

I can type into the journal number box, the memobox, but i cant type at a.l into the journal lines. Keyboard flashes up and disappears, so quick you cant even use drop down box on account selection.

Here’s a clean draft you can send to QBO support/forum:Customer made an overpayment and we refunded the excess amount, but the customer balance is still showing incorrectly in QBO.Example:Customer invoices totalled $100Customer accidentally paid $200I used “Receive Payment” and allocated the invoices, leaving an additional $100 credit on the customer account (showing as -$100 balance)I then:Created a Refund Receipt for $100Used the same date and same bank account as the refund transactionThe refund appears correctly in the customer transaction list and bank feed, however the customer still shows a -$100 credit balance in QBO.What is the correct process to clear/remove the remaining customer credit after refunding the overpayment?
