Access Denied Error - Edge and Chrome

Hi! I am having a Access Denied error in Edge and Chrome. I already reached out to QBO support and Microsoft for help for they can’t fix it. Is there any other way to fix this? As of now, Firefox is working but I don’t want to keep using it for a long time. 

Here’s the error when I try to click support from Edge:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact?" on this server.
