Any one else having issues viewing bank transactions?

Before anything else, could you please clarify the issues you're experiencing with viewing bank transactions? Are you receiving error messages or noticing missing transactions? This information will help us quickly identify and resolve the problem.

 

In the meantime, let's troubleshoot by accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a private window to check for browser-related issues affecting your ability to view bank transactions. Here are the shortcut keys for private browsing in different browsers:

 

  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

After you can log in using a private browser, please switch back to your regular browser and clear the cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.

Yes lot of people are and these generic replies that we are given are not helpful.

This is not a browser issue, it is not a computer operating system issue

 

There are other people posting on Facebook pages  - Canadian successful Bookkeepers and QB-HQ who are experiencing the same problems.

My clients cannot access their bank feeds either.

 

THIS IS AN INTUIT ISSUE!!!

Please escalate so we can meet CRA filing deadlines

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help and choose the Search tab.
  2. In the search field, type in contact support.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose your preferred method of communication to connect with our support.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions based on your choice.

 

Please note that for QBO Core, our support is available Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM PT. Check our support hours to ensure you receive timely assistance.
