The QuickBooks Development team works directly with the financial institutions when the connection with QuickBooks fails. However, the resolution may take longer than expected, based on the depth of the situation. You can contact us outside of Community, so we can provide you with email notifications as status updates are recorded. In the interim, I recommend manually uploading your transactions so your account is accurate and up-to-date.
