How do I subscribe?

I am unable to subscribe and my free trial has ended. I’ve tried everything and the closest I get is an error message that says ‘visit your partner to manage your subscription’. No idea what that means.

You have to login as Primary Admin into your trial account and pay it with the regular rate. Another option, buy a new blank QBO account with the discounted rate.

Setting up a trial is a great way to use the program prior to setting up a subscription and seeing if it fits your needs. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to get your subscription set up.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
