Keep getting overbilled on payroll

Has anyone bee incorrectly billed for number of employees? I have called twice about this and nothing seems to be done to provide a refund to my company.

Thanks for reaching out about your billing. QuickBooks Online Payroll is a great tool able to help you pay your employees for the hours they've worked. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with this charge.

 

To request a refund, you can do so on this page. For further assistance with a request for a refund, you would need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community once more. They'll be able to view your billing in the system to provide assistance with this charge. You can reach them using these methods:

 

  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
  • Phone: dial 1-855-253-1536
  • Social media; Facebook or X / Twitter

I have called twice and been told it is a problem and once fixed I will be refunded. I have wasted 30 minutes per call to have no refund on an overcharge on my account. The link you provided does not apply. I had three employees and was charged for 14 employees. Who is someone that is in management that can escalate this issue since nothing is working? All of this should be documented on my account. Very frustrated with all responses and need to talk to a manager, would appreciate this.
