As a follow-up to the message above. Now that I used trial and error to pay out the vacation pay (or as I close as I could). There is now an obvious mismatch between the hours and vac pay available.
Another potential bug that i have noticed is that, until you enter any amount in the chq -- 0.4 or 0.6 hours is added to vacation pay for each employee on the current cheque being worked on which seems to line up exactly with whether or not the employee earns 4% or 6% vacation. This is overstates the vacation pay available.
Also, it would be ideal if vacation payout could be added to the drop-down connected to the run payroll button similar to running a "bonus only".

Thanks for getting back to me. As I am a bit short on time - is there a known issue that would have led to this problem? If so, I would be happy to reach out to support so that we can get it resolved in the first phone call. However, I am not thrilled that I still have not received a follow-up with the resolution on the issue that led to sharing files through "My Accountant" no longer working -- as I submitted this issue almost 1 month ago. That one already took me 2 or 3 calls!
My apologies for sounding negative - it is not my intention. I just feel like issues often take longer to resolve than I would expect.
