Hi there,

It's good you're looking into adding the Pay-Now button on your invoice. Don't worry, I'll guide you through this.

I can show you how to sign up within your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

  1.     Click on the Gear icon.
  2.     Choose Account and Settings.
  3.     In the Payments section, click on Learn more.
  4.     Complete the company information.
  5.     You'll then be routed to this QuickBooks Payments page. From there, click on Add QuickBooks Payment.

The application will take about 24-28 hours, and you will be notified via email once it's approved. From there, you can start sending invoices with the Pay Now button.

Let us know how I can help you further by posting more questions. Have a great day!

do i need to subscribe to  quickbook payment? so its not included in the initial subscription to quickbook?

if so how can i subscribe and how much will it cost me?

can i get a demo or video showing how to add "pay now" on the invoice as well as detailed step on how i need to activate it as i couldnt find anything that could help me understand process.

@josette-mouawad-

For your reference

If they reject your application, you can use the services of a 3rd party merchant.

Does anyone know how to create a link from quickbooks - that we could embed in our website to faciliate online donations or registrations for events.

@PKECharity

You need to have a 3rd party payment processor to integrate with QBO and your website. You can't use QB Payment.
