I have called twice and been told it is a problem and once fixed I will be refunded. I have wasted 30 minutes per call to have no refund on an overcharge on my account. The link you provided does not apply. I had three employees and was charged for 14 employees. Who is someone that is in management that can escalate this issue since nothing is working? All of this should be documented on my account. Very frustrated with all responses and need to talk to a manager, would appreciate this.
