Welcome to Community! It's important that you're able to submit a record of employment in a timely fashion. QuickBooks Online Payroll enables you to create the ROE form and upload it to Service Canada. I'd be happy to provide some insight here!
When a Record of Employment is submitted to the CRA, the serial number will be applied to the employee's profile. However, the ROE must be completed without errors. If you've received an error while creating the ROE, you'll need to exit submission and return to QuickBooks Online to fix the error. Here's a helpful guide, for your reference.
