We recently upgraded to QuickBooks Online Advanced from the Desktop version. We would like to enter bills via batch transactions, but we only have "invoices" and "sales receipts" in the dropdown box. Is it possible to enter bills via batch transactions and if so, how do we add them to the drop own box.

It's nice to see you in Community. Welcome! Having the ability to enter transactions as one batch in QuickBooks Online Advanced is a great time saver! However, due to your situation, I recommend contacting us outside of Community. Hello, I have the same problem, and it appears this is simply not available in Canada, Can someone please explain why that would be?

After a call with QBO, the batch bills and expenses are not yet available in Canada.
It is in the pipeline; they are working on the sales taxes.
