Export Data function not available under Tools option

I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps, if you haven't done so already. Your browser may have an excessive amount of frequently accessed page resources, which can cause unexpected behavior and performance issues. Let's clear the cache on your browser. I also suggest opening your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser, using one of these keyboard shortcuts:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
