Being able to update your payment method for your QuickBooks Online account is key to avoid any missed payments or service interruptions. I'd be happy to help you get your payment method updated.
If you're getting an error when trying to update the card on file it can be due to your browser health. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies as they can sometimes get damaged or corrupted and prevent your QuickBooks from working how it was intended. Once you clear your cache and cookies you should try opening QuickBooks Online in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.
