i retrieved what i was confident was a pdf copy of my 2020 return. It was all unreadable although the page layout was okay (just not the fonts). then i confirmed all my other non-profile pdf file were okay .So it's not an Adobe reader issue. I can open Profile20 and read the digital version of the return so its not a Profile program install issue. I reproduced using File/Print/email pdf both with and without the email address . It previews the same and Builds the same garbage fonts Then to my horror i discovered none of the previous years 2015-2020 inclusive pdf are readable. This is a disaster!!! It seems online tech support no longer exists and can't find phone # for Profile Canada just a web page to leave a message Maybe I'll get a response. Community Online support has not provided insight or resolution on the topic that i can find so far.
