Hello, I recently purchased QB Online, specifically to take advantage of the purchase order function. I am finding that when I try to create a new purchase order and select and existing vendor, QB automatically recalls the previous PO to that vendor, with all of the line items, etc. already filled in. How do I simply open a new (blank) PO ? ? ??
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi there Tallhouse,
It's vital that all your transactions be entered correctly for your supplier balances to be accurate. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of expense transactions as well as sales transactions to be able to see your company's profit. I can point you in the right direction to make sure your forms are set up properly.
The cause of these forms having information from your previous purchase orders would be the prefill forms function would be active. To turn it off, go to the Gear icon. then Account and settings. Select the Advanced tab, then in the Automation section, click on the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content to toggle it off.
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
