Program worked great yesterday, Opened it today, updated my books from 2019 to 2021, tried making entries program closed. After several attempts I downloaded and ran tool hub, rebooted computer. Updated Win 10, rebooted computer. Program will open to my books, but as soon as I try to open an account, the program closes.
Try opening a sample company file or create a new one. If the same error persists, you should reinstall your QBD 2021.
Program doesn't stay open long enough to enter anything. Downloaded & installed QB2021 again. Same problem
Which Windows OS do you run? Consider also reinstalling QBD 2019.
Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Intuit cut me off QB 2019 & 2020 effective 31 December 2021.
I had to update my books to QB 2021 to continue operating.

What do you mean with "cut off"? They should still support QBD 2019 until May 2022.
Try to reinstall (i.e clean install) QBD 2021 in compatibility mode Win 8 to make sure.
To be exact, the message received is ERROR
"Quickbooks Desktop has reached the expiration date and will no longer open your company files."
I had already tried to reinstall (i.e clean install) QBD 2021 in compatibility mode Win 8. This solution was listed in the tool hub..
Hi 55PlazaP26.
Being able to use your QuickBooks Desktop program to open and update your company file is something we make sure all customers can do. I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction to get your company file open.
If you're getting a message that states your program has reached the expiration date uninstalling will not fix it. This is an error with the license itself and you'd need to reach out to our support team to get it resolved.
You can contact our QuickBooks Desktop support by either calling the number in this article or send us a direct message on social media by using these links: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
