Hello dotroj,
Thanks for joining this thread about accessing the PD7A form in QuickBooks Online Payroll. You're right, there have been some changes since the last response was made to this question, but don't worry. I can outline the new process, which is luckily still pretty simple!
When you want to access the PD7A forms, and other payroll forms, it's still done by navigating to the Taxes menu and selecting Payroll Tax. From there, the new step is to choose the Filings tab, where you'll then see a list of forms to choose from. Once you've selected the form option for the frequency of your PD7A remittances, you'll see the form, and the process is much the same as it used to be. If you'd like a more step-by-step approach, check out our How to access your PD7A article, which has been updated with the new steps.
Give that a shot and let me know if you're in need of anything else. Have a great day!
under payroll tax - click on Filings, in the bottom left you will see the forms that you used to see on the main page of the payroll tax. It does need to be on the same page as the filing - it required information to submit the source deductions (the tax liability report isn't complete as it still needs to gross wages)
