Hi vortexcanwest,

Thanks for joining us! QuickBooks Online has tons of greats reports to help you get important information for your business. Knowing which report corresponds to the details that you need is essential. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

Depending on which QuickBooks Online plan you have, you may be having more or fewer reports available. To learn more about which reports are included in your subscription, check out this article: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription

When hovering your mouse over a report in the report list in QuickBooks Online, you can learn more about the report after selecting the question mark sign (?) beside it. The Customer Balance Detail report, for example, provides great information on your customer's balance, open balance, due dates, and more. Feel free to also explore other available reports that you'd like. In case you need assistance with running a report, here's an article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online

I hope this helps! Have a great weekend.

So basically you have to print numerous reports to obtain credit information on a single customer - unlike QBD where all of the customer credit details are in one easy to read format.  Seems backwards and a waste of time.  Not surprised as this seems typical with QBO.

Here's our suggestion QBO, look at the features that are in the desktop version and add them to the QBO version.  There are several options we had in Desktop Enterprise that seemed to have disappeared.  Also, referring everyone to the gear icon to enter suggestions, seems to be the answer to all of the questions asked.  QBO's version of the trash bin.
