Cleared vs. reconciled transactions and reports

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides detailed reports with what matters most for your specific business needs.  I'd be happy to help!

You can review a report that shows transactions that have been entered, cleared or reconciled.  Here's how;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Chart of Accounts

2. Locate the desired account in your list and click on the ▼ dropdown menu in the Action column

3. Select Run report

4. Choose the Report period

5. Under Rows/columns, Group by Account

6. Click on the ⚙ in the top right of the report and then Show more

7. Checkmark the box next to Clr

8. Hit Run report
