At this time, you may want to check with our Support Team so they can confirm if your Canadian Credit card with postal code is accepted for processing payments manually. To contact support:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Go to the Help menu.
- In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose a way to connect with support:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM ET
- Call us. M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.
