It's great to see you're taking full advantage of our Payments feature. It's an efficient and cost-effective way to receive money, while the bookkeeping side of things gets handled automatically. Using recurring sales receipts allows us to unlock even more time savings by automatically charging your customers on a set interval. I'll be happy to help you set this up. 

As long as the Process credit card is checked on your recurring template, we'll automatically bill your customer on a set interval. You'll know you're on the right track if you see the Automatic Credit Card Billing Authorization Form. Setting up a new recurring sales receipt from scratch is just a few simple steps:

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. Under Lists, select Recurring Transactions.
3. Select New.
4. Select Sales Receipt, and then select OK.
5. Enter a Template name.
6. Choose a Type. Scheduled will automatically charge your customer.
7. Enter remaining info as needed, paying special attention to Payment Method and Process credit card.
