When customizing the template - it won't allow me to check the "Project" box to view on the screen, only allows to check the "Print" box.

When entering info on the Quote template , the "Project" box isn't showing on the screen for me to enter address . When I'm in the customize template area- it won't allow me to check the box "to show on the screen" ? How do I change that?

Thanks for reaching back out MT Spray. Let me show you how to get the "Project" box to show. 

 

  1. Go to Lists.
  2. Choose Templates.
  3. Double click the template your using.
  4. In the Basic Customization window, click the Additional Customization button.
  5. Put a check mark beside the Other box and enter Project/Job in the Title column.
  6. Click OK.
