QBO gocardless integration

I have a client that we instigated a mandate through QBO. It’s showing as pending. Meanwhile the client has created a mandate in gocardless directly. Due to the pending mandate in QBO, I cannot import the new mandate from GC.  How do I cancel the one in QBO?

There is not an option to cancel pending mandates in QuickBooks Online, only active ones. In this circumstance the best option would be to disconnect the GoCardless app and then reconnect it.

 

It will remove pending mandates and also active mandates when you disconnect

When you reconnect the app however you will then be able re import all the mandates including the active one you have that the client created directly with GoCardless

Hi Emma. I've done just that. I now cannot see anything pending for this client, but nor can I import that mandate?

When you reconnected the app and went to import mandates all the other ones imported?We will need to investigate why this,to do this we will need some screen shots and also your email address.As the Community is a public forum it would redact that and I appreciate that you have client information on your GoCardless account.Do you have FaceBook or Twitter?If possible could you PM/DM QuickBooks Uk on either of these with a screen shot of the active direct debit in GoCardless as well as the direct debit mandates list in QuickBooks Online and also provide your email or your company id
