Account Setup Issue

Its been more than 2 weeks, I have paid for subscription and still I am unable to setup my account still getting the message that "We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly."

Hi Bilal_Ashraf789 We can see that your account is on hold as our finance team as they are undertaking a compliance check, this usually takes approximately 5-7 business days, we can see that the account was placed on hold on the 11th of January. I will wait till 21 Jan 2022.

But Will I be compensated for the days I have to wait now (from 11 Jan to 2022 to 21 Jan 2022),As I have already Paid for the service and I am unable to use it.

Account Setup Issue

It has been a week and i still can't use my account. The sign in issue was resolved. However, when i sign in, it shows that my subscription has been expired a year ago whereas i bought subscription 7 days ago. When i contacted support, they told me to continue conversation on email. It has been almost 2 days and they haven't replied on email

There's a possibility that you have multiple accounts associated with your email address. That's why you're seeing the expired subscription and the newly bought one. 

 

To get an update from the last conversation you had with our support, I recommend contacting them. They can check the status of your subscription.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

If you're unable to sign again to your account, here's how to get in touch with them.

 

  1. From the sign in page, select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  2. Click Try something else.
  3. Select message us for support to connect to an expert via Chat.
