Its been more than 2 weeks, I have paid for subscription and still I am unable to setup my account still getting the message that "We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly."
It has been a week and i still can't use my account. The sign in issue was resolved. However, when i sign in, it shows that my subscription has been expired a year ago whereas i bought subscription 7 days ago. When i contacted support, they told me to continue conversation on email. It has been almost 2 days and they haven't replied on email
