Its been more than 2 weeks, I have paid for subscription and still I am unable to setup my account still getting the message that "We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly."
It has been a week and i still can't use my account. The sign in issue was resolved. However, when i sign in, it shows that my subscription has been expired a year ago whereas i bought subscription 7 days ago. When i contacted support, they told me to continue conversation on email. It has been almost 2 days and they haven't replied on email
There's a possibility that you have multiple accounts associated with your email address. That's why you're seeing the expired subscription and the newly bought one.
To get an update from the last conversation you had with our support, I recommend contacting them. They can check the status of your subscription.
