All of our QuickBooks products run online and if you wanted to create another account you would need to subscribe to a another QuickBooks online account, you could add the rental property to another account but is the rental property related to your Self Employed account or is it a private rental?
If it is nothing to do with your business and the rental income does not go through the business then you would not be able to add it a QuickBooks account.
