QuickBooks Online has been telling me to update my connection as they have a more convenient connection arranged.. I try to update and go thru all the security steps.. ... ... password, authorize etc.. it redirects and says something stopped them from connecting my bank.. and to retry... I’ve tried multiple times..

Based on your previous thread, you received the Error 571. This error usually occurs if the connection process between your bank and QuickBooks is interrupted. There are two ways to resolve this. You can either clear the cache storage of the browser you're using or use a different one.

This is within Quickbooks Online... What browser is that using? I usually use Chrome, and I deleted browsing history and cleared cache storage... I shut down and restarted my computer... nothing has changed.. still can't login

I'm using Chrome. It's happened on my work desktop and home laptop in both of my companies.

Which bank account are you trying to update? In the meantime, you can manually bring the transaction into QuickBooks Online using a WebConnect file. You can download the last 90 days of transactions using this feature.
