Can’t see the banking tab

Hello there, jamalnasir2014.

I'm here to ensure you're able to view the Banking tab in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can categorise your transactions and keep your account up to date.

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses with the system. You can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox or Internet Explorer)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, locate the Banking tab again. If it works, go back to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies. Doing so will refresh the system and fix its performance issue. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

Furthermore, in case your menus are hidden, you can select the Burger icon to view them.

After accessing the Banking menu, you can now review your bank and credit card transactions. For the step-by-step process, kindly visit this article: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. It contains instructions on how to split and exclude personal or duplicate transactions.

You can also share with me here if you encountered an error message when going to the Banking tab. This way, I can provide you an accurate solution to the issue.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
