I'm having the same issue. when pressing refresh it only swirls 2 seconds then stops so no updates. having to enter manually but this shows as a cash transaction
I appreciate you refreshing the connection. Since the manual update didn't work, please sign in to your bank’s website directly to check for any alerts or security messages. If everything appears clear there, I recommend contacting our live support team for further investigation.
Regarding the transactions appearing as cash, you can manually edit or update those entries and reassign them to the correct bank account. Please also double-check that the payment method is set to a non-cash so they don't appear as cash transactions. Besides that, for any future transactions, use the manual upload feature to import your bank data. This will keep your records current and accurate.
