Add resolving transactions

Quickbooks online will only let me add 5 resolving transactions,

 

I need to add 6 how can this be done?

Yes, its for matching bank transactions. I need to add 6 resolving transactions (cash payments taken from banking)

Hello Monty250, thanks for the screenshot. It will only allow you to add 5 additional lines on one resolve difference selection. It would be a case of going to add manually one of the transactions and then selecting the 2 transactions for that customer when finding a match and then resolving the other 5 if the transactions is more than the amount received. We can add feedback to our product team regards needing more lines certainly but currently only 5 can be added at most.


We need more than 5 resolving transactions.  My bank deposits will have some payments to match to and some that won't match due to the nature of our business.
