The only way you can get the correct bank details for Santander is by using a laptop/computer with no banking apps installed, Then follow the usual instructions for connecting to your bank.
Don't try to use the Quickbooks APP to find Bank details.
Hi there. I want to make sure you're able to connect your Santander business accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
May I know how are you unable to connect your business accounts? When doing the connection, do you receive any error messages or codes? A screenshot of your view is greatly appreciated and will surely help us determine the reason behind the problem raised.
There are times your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources causing websites, like QBO, to act weirdly, and this can be the reason why you're unable to connect with Santander.
For now, let's perform a few browser troubleshooting steps by accessing your QBO using a private or incognito window. If you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead like Mozilla Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Chrome.
I also recommend verifying if there's ongoing system maintenance on your bank's end by logging in to their website. This way, you can check if there are notifications that will need your attention. If everything is good from your bank's side, make sure to select the correct bank name when connecting the account or try all possible bank URLs. Please know that our software engineers have removed the Santander Business Bank UK and transferred it to Santander and Cahoot as per mandated by the bank institution. That said, you have to ensure that you're selecting the option for Santander and Cahoot (UK).
Alternatively, you can still get transactions from your bank by downloading them using CSV files and manually importing them into QBO. This way, you can keep your account updated.
