Is there a particularly setting I am missing somewhere for the login process?
I login using Safari, asks for the text confirmation every time which is a tad annoying.
I login using Firefox and after the initial test confirmation is logs directly in.
Is this by design in for Safari for whatever reason?
Hi Mark, this can happen due to the security and site settings on the browser - if you have the browser set to clear the cache each time after closing then authentication will be required, additionally, check that the option to 'prevent cross-site tracking' is disabled as this can interfere with 2 factor-MFA.
